According to the U.S. Government Printing Office:

The Mobile Member Guide app is the Guide to House and Senate Members, which features a congressional pictorial directory as well as other information on every Member of the 112th Congress. Users can browse for Members of Congress by last name, state, chamber, or party. Each Member’s profile includes their picture, party affiliation, hometown, home state, and information on their length of service.
